Find your automation's pricing tier
Every automation we run on our platform falls into one of four tiers: Core, Plus, Pro or Max. Answer a few quick questions about what it needs to do and we'll show you which tier it lands in and what it costs — then book a call with Sean to confirm the scope.
1Does it need to click through your software's screens, the way a person would?
This applies when an API isn't available to you, for example an OTA extranet. Sometimes called "RPA": direct screen automation rather than a behind-the-scenes data connection.
2Is it built on an older or unsupported ("legacy") system, for example OPERA V5?
This usually means the system can't be reliably automated on our standard platform.
This will most likely need custom pricing, since the system involved probably can't run reliably on our standard platform. We'll scope it with you directly rather than through the tiers.
3Does logging in to any of the systems involved require two-factor authentication (MFA)?
4How sensitive is the data involved in this process?
5How much does the data need to be matched or reworked across systems?
How far the data travels and how much it has to be reworked. Rule-based mapping and calculation count here, not as AI.
6What kind of API calls* does it make to your other systems?
More than one can apply — pick every option that fits.
* Up to 500,000 API calls a month are included. Above that, we move to custom pricing.
7Does it need AI to interpret information**?
** Up to roughly 20,000 words in and 20,000 words out per run are included. Above that, we move to custom pricing.
8How often will it hit situations that need a manual judgment call?
9Roughly how many transactions will this run each month?
A "transaction" is whatever unit fits your automation: per reservation reconciled, per booking processed, per invoice generated, per rate loaded, per guest profile checked.
