1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the RobosizeME Automation Catalogue at catalogue.robosize.me (the "Site"), why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to visitors of the Site, to people who book a call or leave their contact details through it, and to the way we measure how the Site is used. Our main website, www.robosize.me, has its own privacy notice.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by Intelligent Workflow Automations Inc., a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States (registration number 1047223), with its registered address at 131 Continental Drive, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. Intelligent Workflow Automations Inc. is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the "controller" under the EU/UK GDPR, where that regulation applies to you). We hold PCI DSS certification for the handling of payment-card data in our automations.
3. What we collect and why

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 and the Site is not directed at them.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The Site does not use advertising cookies. It stores a few small values in your browser's local storage: a random visitor identifier (so we can count returning visitors without knowing who you are), a random session identifier (cleared when you close the tab), and your current selection of automations. Third-party services embedded on the Site — Calendly (scheduling) and Google Fonts (typefaces) — may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can clear all of this at any time through your browser settings.

These providers act as our processors under contracts that include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where data leaves the EEA or the United Kingdom. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Where data is processed
We are a US company. Contact and booking data you give us is processed in the United States. Anonymous usage events are stored with our analytics provider in its European region; no personal information is contained in them. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies to you, transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, for providers certified under it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep data
- Anonymous usage events: up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Contact-form submissions and booking details: for as long as we are in conversation with you and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case our client records policy applies.
- Browser storage: until you clear it.
8. Your rights
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you may additionally have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We will respond within 45 days (US state laws) or one month (GDPR), or sooner where your local law requires. EU/EEA and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their national data-protection authority.
9. Security
RobosizeME is PCI DSS certified compliant for the payment-card data our automations touch: card numbers are masked to the last four digits, credentials are vaulted, and processing data is deleted within 24 hours. The Site itself is served over HTTPS only. Analytics data is written to a dedicated, insert-only table that cannot be read from the browser. Contact and booking data is accessible only to the RobosizeME team members who handle your request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
